- These lobster tails are raw and uncooked. Thaw them in the refrigerator overnight on a towel. Once thawed, they can be boiled, steamed, grilled, or prepared your favorite way in minutes. For optimal cooking and presentation, we recommend butterflying the tails: use shears to cut along the top of the tail all the way from the open end down to the fin and carefully loosen the shell to expose the meat prior to cooking.
